Sandeep Goyal, MBBS, earned his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India. He completed his cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology fellowships at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tenn. His internal medicine residency was fulfilled at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and Boston University School of Medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont Heart, Dr. Goyal served as the Chief Clinical Fellow of cardiac electrophysiology at Vanderbilt. Dr. Goyal is board certified in internal medicine & cardiology. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Goyal provides full spectrum of electrophysiology services with special interest in comprehensive management of atrial fibrillation and laser lead extraction. Dr. Goyal welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
